2011 Cost: $1,650.00 + $82.50 GST = $1,732.50 Cdn per booth. There will be a non-refundable deposit of $825.00 due upon booking no later than September 30, 2010, with the balance $907.50 due October 31, 2010. The booth space allows for two people to manage your booth. If the total amount of the booth space is not received by IPEIA on September 30th, you will forfeit your deposit and your booth will be given to the next company on the wait list.

Payment: IPEIA accept payments by MasterCard; Visa; company purchase order, or you can send us a cheque. If paying by PO, please send a copy to IPEIA c/o 360 Cedarpark Drive SW, Calgary, Alberta, T2W 2J4. Submission of payment constitutes agreement with our Terms and Conditions.
The deadline for registering and submitting your deposit is September 30, 2010, with the balance due October 31, 2010.

If IPEIA is not notified of your intent to renew your 2010 booth space, i.e. the deposit payment is not received by September 30th, your booth will be given to the next exhibitor in line on the wait list.
